There are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, the 1st being a spacious double bedroom with on suite shower room, it has twin aspect windows with views over the garden & lake. The next bedroom is a twin bed room which is ideal for the younger generation, with another double bedroom directly next to it. These 2 bedrooms are served by a family bathroom.
