[post_content] => Small Cottage is a stone built, sympathetically renovated house which has on ensuite bedroom, sleeping two people, with a bathroom upstairs and a sitting room with kitchen area downstairs. The cottage is well-equipped and comfortable. There is a television and wireless internet is provided. The garden is south facing and you can eat your meals at the table and chairs immediately outside the cottage.
I have hens, ducks, goats and a veggie growing area two hundred metres from the cottage, and a rabbit area in the garden. I also have three cats who roam about freely.
All bedlinen and towels are included in the price, as are tea towels, dishwasher tablets, logs for the woodburner etc. If you are planning to arrive after the shops have closed, then I can arrange for essentials like milk to be bought and waiting for you in the cottage if you let me know what you require.
Beach towels can also be provided and bicycles are available for hire from the main house.
We also have another cottage which sleeps four, Middle Cottage.

Many original features have been retained, such as a stone fireplace, and beams, and it is now furnished and equipped with your comfort in mind. We hope you will enjoy the mod-cons we provide such as satellite TV, DVD player (and DVDs), wi.fi, and Ipod docks.
The ground floor accommodation is open plan and consists of:-
A dining area with a large table and chairs for 6 people.
A fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, toaster and iron; assorted pans, knives, and utensils; plenty of glasses, cutlery, crockery and mugs. On our travels over the years, we have stayed in many holiday cottages, and have quite often got frustrated to find things 'missing'. We hope you will think we have thought of everything; if in doubt, please ask to see the full list, and no, of course we haven't forgotten a tea-pot! There will be an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, essential seasonings and oil to start you off.
A lounge area with two comfy sofas, centred around the stone fire-place, with wood burning stove, TV and DVD player, and bookshelves with books and DVDs.
Door to to private rear garden, with rotary line, patio furniture, BBQ, and access to further gardens and field.
On the 1st floor, there is one double bedroom, one twin bedded room and a family bathroom with washing machine, shower, bath, w.c, and handbasin.
On the 2nd floor, you will find the master bedroom, complete with en-suite bathroom with bath, handbasin and w.c.
For our younger guests, there are lots of lovely books and DVDs just for you!
A welcome pack containing a selection of local goodies such as cheese, wine, and seasonal fruits will be waiting for you on arrival.
We provide all bed linen, towels and tea towels, but not beach/swimming towels. A cot (with bedding), high chair and bed guards are available; please let us know when booking if you should require them.
A small supplement will be made for heating through the colder months.

The interior design and style of 'Le Manoir' creates a calm and soothing ambience.
Stroll around the beautiful gardens, sit and relax under one of the many mature trees whilst listening to the birdsong, watch the wildlife whilst overlooking one of the wildflower meadow areas. Take a dip in the heated swimming pool or just lounge and relax poolside with a glass of something and a good book. Perhaps a game of something in the undercover barn or on the lawn is more your style, pool, snooker, darts, table tennis or badminton to name a few or even practice your golf swing on the lawn. Whilst in season pick your own fruit from the orchard, and raspberry's from the soft fruit area. Let the children have some freedom to run around and let off steam in the safe and secure children's play areas.

Cassis is also equipped with freeview satellite tv and in addition, for those who want to keep in touch with their email etc, each gite is part of a private wi-fi network accessible by WEP key. The access key will be provided individually as required. The living area is open plan light and spacious which includes;
Lounge/Dining area of sofa, chairs and fully equipped with CD, TV and DVD facilities and dining table.
Kitchen fully equipped with fridge, hob and oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The bedrooms are both on the first floor: one double room and one with twin beds. There is a family bathroom with bath/shower, WC and sink.
Outside there is a private garden which is fully enclosed and has swings and a seating area.
Also outside you can enjoy a 12m x 6m pool with Roman steps into the shallow end and an adjacent children's pool. There is a large sunbathing terrace and the pool is open and heated from mid-May until the end of September. It is securely fenced. The extensive grounds are a delight for all ages and cover around 22 acres including a large children's play area, indoor play barn, games field, open parkland and is bounded by trees and fields.

[post_content] => Piaf Cottage Sleeps 5 Near Plouguenast, and not far from Loudeac and Moncontour, this lovely group of cottages enjoys tranquil surroundings and benefits from a 7 x 4 m heated indoor pool (varies from 1.25 - 1.75 m deep) and large and well equipped games room (with table tennis/ping-pong, pool, darts and table football) and gym above the swimming pool room, along with children's play are and under-cover parking. Each cottage has its own private patio/sitting area outside for Barbequing. All kitchens have microwaves, kettles, toasters and full cooking facilities. All lounges have TV and video and there is a communal video library with a variety of tapes, numbering about 400! Communal washing machine in laundry room.
Piaf Cottage has an open plan living and dining room with TV & Stereo. There is also a well equipped kitchen.
There are three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single. Family bathroom has bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. There is a private outside area at the edge of the cottage which has a BBQ.

[post_content] => The 18th century granite farmhouse and adjacent cottage are let as one unit and are suitable for larger family groups of 10 to 14 + cots. They are set away from the other two cottages down a private drive in their own pretty formal gardens with lawns, shrubs and plenty of mature trees for shade. The house has been renovated to offer comfortable accommodation but retaining its olde worlde character.
The arched granite doorway opens in to a large airy lounge with dual aspect windows comfortable chairs and sofas, flat screened TV with freeview channels, video and DVD player. There are a large selection of books, videos, board games, DVDs and Free wireless broadband access WiFi.
Leading from the lounge is the fitted kitchen which has an electric oven and hob, gas hob, large fridge/ freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettles, toaster, coffee machine, hand blender etc. There are loads of decent crockery and cutlery and plenty of serving dishes etc. for large groups to be catered for properly. There is also a huge collection of cookery books to help you plan your holiday meals.
From the kitchen is the beamed dining room with two large antique dining tables and chairs. Leading on from this is a utility room with an additional fridge/freezer, shower and toilet, washing machine, hoover, iron and ironing board.
Upstairs there is a family bedroom (double and single bed) with ensuite shower and toilet. Two double bedrooms a twin bedroom and a family bathroom.
The small “Hansel & Gretel†cottage next door has one large bedroom with a double bed and two singles. Downstairs is the bathroom and kitchen/lounge with sofa and armchairs and table with benches. The kitchen includes a fridge, gas hob and microwave oven.
Maison Madeleine - Located on the Kermarch site but away from the farmhouse and cottage are Maisons Madeleine and Marie. These two semi detached cottages next to each other were recently converted from an old seventeenth century house and stable and offer very bright, comfortable accommodation. Both properties share access to the swimming pool with the farmhouse and cottage. Madeleine is the larger of these two properties and sleeps 10 plus cot.
The front door opens into a fully tiled kitchen/lounge area. The lounge has 2 sofas plus armchairs, flat screened TV with freeview, video and DVD player. There is a good selection of books/videos and some DVDs.
The kitchen is fitted with a stainless steel gas oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There are plenty of good quality crockery, cutlery and glasses as well as kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hand blender, ironing board, iron, clothes airer, hoover etc. Free wireless broadband access WIFI

[post_content] => Our Garden cottage has been renovated to a very high standard and has an open plan downstairs living area. The lounge is furnished with 2 brown leather sofas and matching pine furniture. There is a 32" flat screen TV with English free view channels and DVD player. The kitchen has a large range of floor and wall units in a shaker style with an integrated dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and has hob. Large fridge freezer and all the utensils you require for a self catering holiday. A round pine table and 4 chairs is situated by the kitchen over looking the garden. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with Pine king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 has two single pine beds and both share a fully tiles moern bathroom with bath and overhead body massage shower. The garden is laid to lawn and by the cottage is a patio are with BBQ, wooden table and chairs going onto the pool area. The swimming pool is alarmed and complies with French regulations.

Outside there are large grounds to the front, with a private terrace and BBQ. In the communal gardens there is a competition boule court, badminton court and football goal, swimming pool and short tennis court. For your relaxation, some books and board games are provided.
Ideal for family groups with the addition of a children's playroom aimed at age groups up to pre-school and also a new sturdy play area for them too including swings, slides, climbing frame etc, so should keep them all amused whatever the weather. For the convenience of all young families, the owners now have available: Umbrella push chair, Booster seat, Bed guards, changing mat, baby monitor, potty, toilet seat and bathroom step, hand blender, plastic cutlery, beakers and plates, sterilising unit, First aid kit, Nappy and pre-prepared baby food ordering service, plus full cream milk, bottled water, etc as required on arrival. [post_content] => Le Grenier is our luxury gite. Downstairs is creatively decorated with terracotta tiled floors, granite fireplace, wood burning stove, a fitted kitchen with dining area, a salon area and a washroom.
On the first-floor there are 2 spacious en-suite double bedrooms, one with bath, the other with shower. The family bedroom on the upper-floor with its low level beams is furnished with 2 single beds and a full size settee bed. It has its own en-suite bathroom with French-style bath, bidet etc.. A child's (or parent's) dream!
With c/h & woodburner this will make ideal holiday accommodation all year.
We have virtually all of the equipment parents need when taking their infants on holiday which means you don't need bring items from home; besides cots, high chairs and stair barriers we also have a baby changing table, baby bath, bottle sterilising unit, swing chair and baby chair and a listening device etc.; where needed all kitchen cupboards and upstairs windows have locks which are reversible and only need be engaged when infants are in the property. We have also fitted barriers to the patios.

[post_content] => Small Cottage is a stone built, sympathetically renovated house which has on ensuite bedroom, sleeping two people, with a bathroom upstairs and a sitting room with kitchen area downstairs. The cottage is well-equipped and comfortable. There is a television and wireless internet is provided. The garden is south facing and you can eat your meals at the table and chairs immediately outside the cottage.
I have hens, ducks, goats and a veggie growing area two hundred metres from the cottage, and a rabbit area in the garden. I also have three cats who roam about freely.
All bedlinen and towels are included in the price, as are tea towels, dishwasher tablets, logs for the woodburner etc. If you are planning to arrive after the shops have closed, then I can arrange for essentials like milk to be bought and waiting for you in the cottage if you let me know what you require.
Beach towels can also be provided and bicycles are available for hire from the main house.
We also have another cottage which sleeps four, Middle Cottage.
