This delightful cottage has 3 spacious bedrooms,2 bathroom facilities and an open plan living area with large granite fireplace with wood burning stove. WiFi included.
The well equipped kitchen includes a gas hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker and handheld blender. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the shared laundry room.

In the large shared gardens is the pool area, with 2 six metre pools; fully decked with security fencing. The pools are heated with amazing views of the forest and valleys from the pool deck. The pools are locked when not in use . Pools open from 4 APRIL to 25 September.
In the shared landscaped garden are: childrens climbing frame, basketball net, swings and slides, outdoor table tennis, football net, badminton/volleyball net, “Bleuet†Playhouse (Cornflower) for young children in its walled garden, boules, bats, balls and other outdoor games, terrace to relax, bbq, breakfast or have an evening drink.

We have virtually all of the equipment parents need when taking their infants on holiday which means you don't need bring items from home; besides cots, high chairs and stair barriers we also have a baby changing table, baby bath, bottle sterilising unit, swing chair and baby chair and a listening device etc.; where needed all kitchen cupboards and upstairs windows have locks which are reversible and only need be engaged when infants are in the property. We have also fitted barriers to the patios.

[post_content] => Located on the Kermarch site but away from the farmhouse and cottage are Maisons Madeleine and Marie. These two semi detached cottages next to each other were recently converted from an old seventeenth century house and stable and offer very bright, comfortable accommodation.
Both properties share access to the swimming pool with the farmhouse and cottage. Maison Marie is the smaller of these two cottages and sleeps 5 + cot.
The front door opens into a fully tiled kitchen /lounge area. The lounge has a sofa and armchairs, flat screened TV with freeview, video and DVD player. There is a good selection of books/videos and some DVDs.
The kitchen is fitted with an electric/gas hob with gas oven fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There are plenty of good quality crockery, cutlery and glasses as well as kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hand blender, ironing board, iron, clothes airer, hoover etc. Free wireless broadband access WiFi.
Ground floor shower room and toilet. Large French doors open onto a patio area with tables and chairs, parasols and BBQ.
Upstairs is a bathroom, double bedroom and family bedroom with a double bed and single bed.
Outside there is a large lawned area outside of both Madeleine and Marie which has been very popular with holidaymakers with young children as there are lots of toys, swing slide etc. Here and it enables parents to keep an eye on their children from inside the cottage or relax with a drink outside with their children in full view whilst they are playing. Across the lawned area is the boules court and large playing field for cricket, football & rounders etc.

Ideal holiday cottage for familes and can be rented with the other two cottages for a group holiday. The Cottage has very large French doors over looking the swimming pool and also to the rear which over looks the lake. From entering the hallway, you have a downstairs cloakroom with the washing machine. From the hallway you enter the large spacious kitchen which has modern units and all the appliances and equipment you require for a self catering holiday. The large dining table and 8 chairs leads onto the very spacious lounge with 2 large sofas, English freeview TV, BLUE RAY player and 39" flat screen tv. Another peaceful seating area over looks the swimming pool and there is also a table football to keep children of all ages amused. Upstairs there is 2 master bedroom with king size beds. The first mast bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with free standing bath and shower cabinet. The second master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Two further twin bedrooms then share a further family bathroom with bath. Outside to the rear of the cottage is a large terrace with wooden table and chairs and BBQ. The in ground heated swimming pool is approx.8m by 4m and is securely fenced as per French regulations. Plenty of sun beds, chairs and sun umbrellas are situated around the swimming pool. Charles cottage sleeps 5 Near Plouguenast, and not far from Loudeac and Moncontour, this lovely group of cottages enjoys tranquil surroundings and benefits from a 7 x 4 m heated indoor pool (varies from 1.25 - 1.75 m deep) and large and well equipped games room (with table tennis/ping-pong, pool, darts and table football) and gym above the swimming pool room, along with children's play are and under-cover parking. Each cottage has its own private patio/sitting area outside for Barbequing. All kitchens have microwaves, kettles, toasters and full cooking facilities. All lounges have TV and video and there is a communal video library with a variety of tapes, numbering about 400! Communal washing machine in laundry room.
Charles Cottage has a large open plan dining and living area with a modern fitted kitchen area and good range of appliances. There is also a wood burning stove and exposed beams. There are double Doors leading to a furnished patio area and BBQ.
It has 3 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin & 1 single. There is also a family bathroom with bath with overhead shower, WC and wash hand basin. This cottage has been lovingly restored, yet retains its rustic character.
