The kitchen has a full range of crockery, glasses, cooking utensils and is equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, cooker hob with 4 gas rings, dishwasher and an exterior barbecue. A range of cleaning products and basic condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, herbs and mustard) are included in the price.
There is parking for one car located next to the Gîte.

[post_content] => You enter Le Manoir from the grassy quadrangle into the hall.
On your left is the modern kitchen equipped with a range cooker, dishwasher, Large American style fridge/freezer, microwave oven, & all the equipment you need to cater for a group this size.
Facing you across the entrance hall is the enormous living/formal dining room. In the middle of the dining room is a 4 metre long refectory table. To the Living Room end are three sofas, + arm chairs. These are arranged around a wood-burning stove for use in the winter. There is a large T.V. with British "Sky -Free to air" a DVD player & a 5.1 surround sound here too.
Beyond the kitchen is the informal dining area, popular for kid's breakfasts. To one side is the down-stairs bathroom, which includes the larger-than-normal washing machine.
Going upstairs from the entrance hall, you arrive on a spacious landing. This offers access to five of the six bedrooms:
3 with king-size beds.
2 with twin beds.
1 with a double bed & a single bed.

[post_content] => Le Mas is a characterful farmhouse and a perfect home from home, full of original beams, fireplaces and thick stone walls. It is currently being renovated and will be available from Easter 2016. The photos show the house pre-renovation.
Kitchen and living-room
The large well-equipped kitchen (60m²) is the centre of the house, great for family meals where 12 people can sit comfortably around the table. The exposed stone walls show the history of the house, with a centuries-old larder and a stone evier (basin).
The terracotta floor tiles lead to the living room (48m²), which like the kitchen has exposed beams, an enormous fireplace with a wood burner (wood provided) and doors leading outside. There are comfortable sofas and chairs, and plenty of games and books to enjoy.
If you want to catch up on the news or watch a film there is a flat screen satellite TV with English channels.
5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms
Two bedrooms are on the ground floor at opposite ends of the house, each with two single beds en suite bathrooms with showers. One of these bedrooms is wheelchair accessible. The other three bedrooms are accessed via two staircases. The first staircase leads to a double-aspect bedroom and en suite bathroom with shower. The main staircase goes from the kitchen up to the two large gabled master bedrooms (56m² and 50m²).
The master bedrooms have wooden floors, beautiful original beams and are light and bright. Windows have views to the fields and woods beyond, being the perfect lookout for deer, kestrels and wild boars. Both master bedrooms have large en suite bathrooms with showers and baths.
Outside
Opposite the kitchen is the covered summer kitchen (80m²). Originally a barn, it still retains the roof but is partly open on three sides, affording you shade and a cool breeze. There is a small kitchen area with sink, fridge and a Weber 3 burner gas barbeque (gas provided). A large dining table, 12 chairs and comfortable seating make it the perfect setting for long lunches, escaping the sun or spending time together late into the night.
There are games to play in the garden, and the pool to enjoy. The 9 x 4 meter pool has a deep and a shallow end, with steps down into the water for easy access (no awkward ladder). It's positioned to take in the view over the fields and woods beyond, so lie back on the sun-loungers and enjoy it! If you are seeking solitude there are several private spots in the garden. The pool is not heated, and for that reason is closed from November to April.
