The lounge is furnished with 2 brown leather sofas and matching pine furniture. There is a 32" flat screen TV with English free view channels and DVD player. The kitchen has a large range of floor and wall units in a shaker style with an integrated dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and has hob. Large fridge freezer and all the utensils you require for a self catering holiday. A round pine table and 4 chairs is situated by the kitchen over looking the garden. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with Pine king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 has two single pine beds and both share a fully tiles moern bathroom with bath and overhead body massage shower. The garden is laid to lawn and by the cottage is a patio are with BBQ, wooden table and chairs going onto the pool area. The swimming pool is alarmed and complies with French regulations.

Charles cottage sleeps 5 Near Plouguenast, and not far from Loudeac and Moncontour, this lovely group of cottages enjoys tranquil surroundings and benefits from a 7 x 4 m heated indoor pool (varies from 1.25 - 1.75 m deep) and large and well equipped games room (with table tennis/ping-pong, pool, darts and table football) and gym above the swimming pool room, along with children's play are and under-cover parking. Each cottage has its own private patio/sitting area outside for Barbequing. All kitchens have microwaves, kettles, toasters and full cooking facilities. All lounges have TV and video and there is a communal video library with a variety of tapes, numbering about 400! Communal washing machine in laundry room.
Charles Cottage has a large open plan dining and living area with a modern fitted kitchen area and good range of appliances. There is also a wood burning stove and exposed beams. There are double Doors leading to a furnished patio area and BBQ.
It has 3 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin & 1 single. There is also a family bathroom with bath with overhead shower, WC and wash hand basin. This cottage has been lovingly restored, yet retains its rustic character.

[post_content] => A spacious traditional 4 bedroom Breton farmhouse with lots of old beams and character. Currently there are beds for 14.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. All china and glassware is provided.The living room has a traditional log burning fire for those of you who stay later in the season. A library of films are available for your use but you may want to bring some of your own. Mini-music system available. A separate dining room is situated near to the kitchen.
One bathroom and WC is located downstairs and another family bathroom upstairs, plus master en suite. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. An extra bed and/or cot can be added if required. The other 3 bedrooms sleep 4 (1 double + 2 singles); 4 (1 double + 2 singles); and 4 (all singles).
In the games room there is currently a pool table, and table tennis. The grounds cover 3 acres of park land with mature trees and a river running through. A Barbeque and private sitting out area. The heated pool is open April to end of September and has a large decking area around it for sunbathing and sitting out during those long summer days and evenings.
Bed linen and personal towels can be rented at 10€ per person, but please bring your own pool/beach towels. The kitchen includes fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery and china. There are two bathrooms which have bath, shower, toilets and washbasins. WiFi connection available in the community/games room areas.

Ideal holiday cottage for familes and can be rented with the other two cottages for a group holiday. From entering the hallway, you have a downstairs cloakroom with the washing machine. From the hallway you enter the large spacious kitchen which has modern units and all the appliances and equipment you require for a self catering holiday. The large dining table and 8 chairs leads onto the very spacious lounge with 2 large sofas, English freeview TV, BLUE RAY player and 39" flat screen tv. Another peaceful seating area over looks the swimming pool and there is also a table football to keep children of all ages amused. Upstairs there is 2 master bedroom with king size beds. The first mast bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with free standing bath and shower cabinet. The second master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Two further twin bedrooms then share a further family bathroom with bath. Outside to the rear of the cottage is a large terrace with wooden table and chairs and BBQ. The in ground heated swimming pool is approx.8m by 4m and is securely fenced as per French regulations. Plenty of sun beds, chairs and sun umbrellas are situated around the swimming pool. [post_content] => Restored in the early 20th Century, this was the original farmhouse, and as was tradition, the principal ground floor room is a large kitchen and dining room, with a separate small lounge. Many original features have been retained such as the stone fireplace and beams, and it is now furnished and equipped with your comfort in mind. We hope you will enjoy the mod-cons that we have provided such as satellite TV, DVD player (and DVDs), wi.fi, and Ipod docks.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine,electric cooker, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, and toaster; assorted pans, knives, and utensils; plenty of glasses, cutlery, crockery and mugs. On our travels over the years, we have stayed in many cottages, and quite often get frustrated to find things 'missing'. We hope you will find that we have thought of everything... If in doubt, ask to see the full list, and no, we haven't forgotten a tea-pot! There will be an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, essential seasonings and oil to start you off.
The dining area has a large table and chairs for 6 people.
The separate lounge has two comfy sofas, satellite TV, and DVD player, and book shelves with books and DVDs.
Large ground floor family bathroom, with bath and shower over, handbasin and w.c.

A welcome pack containing a selection of local goodies such as cheese, wine, and seasonal fruits will be waiting for you on arrival.
We provide all bed linen, towels and tea towels, but not beach/swimming towels. A high chair, cot (with bedding), and bed guards are available; please let us know when booking if you should require them.
A small supplement will be made for heating during the colder months.
